Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on personalised items.
However, if your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a clear photo of the issue. We will be happy to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
Please note: All items are photographed prior to packaging and dispatch to ensure quality and accuracy. This provides us with a documented record of each order. Refund requests related to accidental damage during transit will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are granted at our discretion.
